At YNPS, we aim to make our returns and refund process clear and fair. Because replacement number plates are made to order using the customer’s registration number and selected options, they are classed as personalised products.
Personalised and Made-to-Order Number Plates
Road legal replacement number plates, 2D printed plates, 3D gel plates, 4D acrylic plates, 4D gel plates, motorbike plates, trailer plates, short plates and shaped plates are made specifically for your registration number and order details.
For this reason, personalised number plates cannot be returned or refunded if you change your mind, enter the wrong registration number, choose the wrong size, select the wrong style, or no longer require the plates after they have been made.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, incorrect, or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible so we can review the issue and arrange a suitable replacement, repair or refund where appropriate.
Please include your order number, a clear description of the issue and photographs of the product and packaging where possible. This helps us resolve the matter quickly.
Customer Order Errors
Please check your registration number, plate style, size, spacing and selected options carefully before completing your order. Once a personalised number plate has been manufactured, we are unable to refund or replace it due to customer input errors.
Returns for Non-Personalised Items
Non-personalised items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in their original condition and returned in the original packaging. Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect an eligible return, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within a few business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Sale or Discounted Items
Sale or discounted items are not refundable for change of mind unless stated otherwise. This does not affect your statutory rights if an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described.
